Grab your sun tan lotion, shorts,  sunglasses, and icecream as we finally see summer officially arrive in May 2017,There are lot of fun jam packed events for you to go along to with your friends and family this summer. Here is a list of events you might wanna check out this year.

 

Lambeth Country Show

The Lambeth Country Show returns back for yet another year at Brockwell Park on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th July 2017, with live music, storytelling, fairgrounds rides, farm animals, arts and craft stall, food and drinks stalls, and horticulture competitions. Perfect if you want a nice family day out with the kids and lot’s of candyfloss or a chilled day out with your friends.

 

      Notting Hill Carnival

Join London’s biggest street party event as Notting Hill Carnival fills up the streets of West London with Caribbean Colours music, and food flavours. Notting Hill Carnival takes place every year on the Sunday and Monday of the UK summer bank holiday weekend in Sunday 27th August 2017 – Monday 28th August 2017. Watch the carnival parade, join in the fun and visit the tempting food stalls at one of London’s biggest and best annual events

 

Bermondsey Carnival 2017

Another event to put down in your diary Bermondsey carnival 2017, Bermondsey Carnival takes place at Southwark Park Road on Saturday 1st July 2017, for more live music, food and drinks stalls, fun activities and fun fair rides for kids, and other stuff for everyone.

 

Urban Fest

Urban Fest celebrates differences, and becoming more comfortable with differences. This EPIC daytime party celebrates multicultural arts and music, and will taking place at Southwark Park, Jamaica Road (SE16) On Saturday 12th August 2017. There will also be food trucks from the local area, pop up bars, so happy hour here we come!!!

 

   Bromley Beer Festival

Bromley Beer Festival 2017 is an event for all the family and local community to enjoy whilst raising funds for the park and children’s play area, taking place at Southlands Road (BR2) on Saturday 24th June 2017, with 40 local ales, wine, food, live music and children’s entertainment
